Climatización de un centro comercial en Ciudad Real

Abstract

El proyecto se centra en el cálculo y diseño de la instalación de climatización y de ventilación de un centro comercial alocado en Ciudad Real. Para ello, se ajustarán los cálculos a las condiciones legales y técnicas establecidas por la normativa vigente. La implementación de la instalación se centrará en alcanzar las condiciones de confort siguiendo la normativa de calidad de aire interior establecida por la R.I.T.E. durante todo el año, reduciendo los costes de climatización al mínimo. Se buscará encontrar el óptimo entre los gastos de climatización y su eficiencia, ya que el porcentaje del consumo energético generado por los inmuebles es importante, y, acorde, se dimensionará y se seleccionarán los equipos necesarios. Para conseguir los objetivos propuestos, se empezará realizando el cálculo de las cargas térmicas latentes y sensibles, siendo el origen para dimensionamiento y el diseño de la instalación. Las cargas se obtendrán acorde a la distribución del local, su orientación y el uso proporcionado. Asimismo, el edificio se estudiará a nivel general en su totalidad. Una vez hallados las cargas existentes, se seleccionarán los caudales de impulsión, de retorno y de ventilación, así como la selección de los equipos requeridos para la climatización de verano e invierno. En ambos períodos, los caudales de impulsión se supondrán iguales. Consecuentemente, los caudales y los equipos elegidos cumplirán con las condiciones establecidas por la R.I.T.E., normativa de calidad del aire interior. Escogidos los equipos, se procederá a dimensionar y diseñar la red de tuberías de agua fría y caliente para cada sección del edificio. Este proyecto tiene como principal objetivo asegurar en el interior del inmueble las condiciones de confort establecidas por la normativa prestando atención a las condiciones de funcionamiento del edificio, así como el bienestar de los ocupantes.The project is focused on the calculus and design of the cooling and heating system of a shopping centre located in Ciudad Real, Spain. To accomplish it, the calculus will follow the legal and technical conditions imposed by the regulation. The implementation of the installation will focus on achieving comfort conditions following the indoor air quality standards established by the R.I.T.E. throughout the year, reducing air conditioning costs to a minimum. The optimum will be found between the costs of air conditioning and its efficiency, since the percentage of energy consumption generated by the buildings is important, and, accordingly, the necessary equipment will be sized and selected. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the calculation of latent and sensitive thermal loads will begin, being the origin for dimensioning and the design of the installation. The loads will be obtained according to the distribution of the premises, its orientation and the use provided. Likewise, the building will be studied at a general level in its totality. Once the existing loads have been found, the impulsion, return and ventilation flows will be selected, as well as the selection of the equipment required for summer and winter air conditioning. In both periods, the flow rates will be assumed to be the same. Consequently, the flows and the chosen equipment will comply with the conditions established by the R.I.T.E., interior air quality regulation. Once the equipment has been chosen, the cold and hot water piping network will be sized and designed for each section of the building. The main objective of this project is to ensure the comfort conditions established by the regulations inside the building, paying attention to the operating conditions of the building, as well as the well-being of the occupants.
