Personas detenidas y la comprensión de sus derechos con base en la Directiva 2012/13/UE

Abstract

En este artículo se expone el trabajo realizado en dos iniciativas en el marco de la Directiva 2012/13/UE y de los derechos de los detenidos según la legislación española, por una parte, y, por otra, según las actas de derechos que pueden hallarse en sede policial y judicial y que han sido analizadas y trabajadas en comisarias y juzgados y debatidas en equipos de juristas.This article presents the work carried out in two initiatives within the framework of Directive 2012/13/EU and the rights of arrested people according to Spanish legislation, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, according to the records of rights that can be found in police and judicial headquarters and that have been analyzed and worked on in police stations and courts and discussed in teams of jurists.
