Abstract

En la esfera del Derecho fiscal, el único requisito exigible de los datos suministrados a la Administración es que posean transcendencia tributaria. Si bien, deberá garantizarse un poder de control sobre los mismos, así como, sobre su uso y destino con la finalidad de impedir su tráfico ilícito y lesivo para la dignidad y derecho del afectado, y, en nuestro caso particular, del obligado tributario. El objetivo del presente trabajo es un análisis de las peculiaridades que esta rama del derecho ofrece en la protección de datos.
In the field of tax law, the only requirement of the data supplied to the Administration is that they have tax significance. Although, a power of control over them must be guaranteed, as well as, over their use and destination in order to prevent their illicit traffic and harmful to the dignity and right of the affected person, and, in our particular case, of the taxpayer. The objective of this work is an analysis of the peculiarities that this branch of law offers in data protection.
