ACEPTACIÓN Y ACTITUDES DE LOS CONSUMIDORES CON RESPECTO A LOS VEHÍCULOS DE HIDRÓGENO. UNA PERSPECTIVA GENERACIONAL.

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación expone el panorama actual del sistema de transporte y su necesidad de cambio hacia un sistema más limpio. Para ello, se analiza el mercado del vehículo de hidrógeno, en concreto sus potenciales consumidores para descubrir su actitud hacia dicha tecnología y diferenciar sus factores motivacionales y las barreras a las que se enfrentan al considerar la adquisición de estos vehículos. Se ha clasificado a los consumidores por generaciones con la finalidad de poder identificar si dentro de cada grupo existen diferencias a tener en cuenta a la hora de planificar estrategias y que estas sean lo más eficientes posibles.This research paper presents the current landscape of the transportation system and its need for a shift towards a cleaner system. To this end, the hydrogen vehicle market is analyzed, specifically its potential consumers, to uncover their attitude towards such technology and to distinguish between their motivational factors and the barriers they face when considering the acquisition of these vehicles. Consumers have been categorized by generations with the aim of identifying whether there are differences within each group that should be considered when planning strategies to ensure they are as efficient as possible.
