Analyse and solve problems in the car’s doors
Abstract
El proyecto tiene 2 partes bien diferenciadas. Por un lado, se ha llevado a cabo la estandarización de la manera que tiene Grupo Antolín de realizar el seguimiento de los problemas que aparecen a lo largo del diseño y la fabricación de las puertas. Para realizar dicho documento estándar se ha recopilado información de cómo Grupo Antolín lleva a cabo hoy en día dicha tarea, y a partir de dicha información y aplicando el conocimiento adquirido en Visual Basic, se ha creado un documento Excel estándar el cual será usado por toda la empresa para hacer el seguimiento de los problemas. Aunque el documento esté acabado, el proyecto de estandarización dentro de la empresa no ha acabado, ya que falta entre otras cosas la implantación del documento en la empresa.
Por otro lado, se ha llevado a cabo el análisis de algunos de los problemas encontrados en la puerta. Para ello se ha realizado un estudio de las posibles causas del problema y de sus posibles soluciones. A la hora de elegir la mejor solución para el problema hay que tener en cuenta el balance entre el tiempo, el coste y la calidad de la solución. Por ello una vez se han tenido las diferentes soluciones para un mismo problema, ha sido necesario estudiar cómo afectaban las soluciones al tiempo, al coste y a la calidad del proyecto, y dependiendo de este estudio se ha elegido la que ha conseguido un mejor balance entre los tres factores.
The project has 2 different parts. On the one hand, it has been carried out the standardization of Grupo Antolín's way of tracking the issues that appear throughout the design and manufacture of the doors. To carry out this standard document, information has been gathered of how Grupo Antolín carries out this task today, and based on this information and applying the knowledge acquired in Visual Basic, a standard Excel document has been created which will be used by all the company to track the issues. Although the document is finished, the project of standardization within the company has not finished, since it lacks among other things the implementation of the document in the company. On the other hand, the analysis of some of the issues found at the door has been carried out. For this, it has been carried out a study of the possible causes of the problem and its possible solutions. When choosing the best solution for the problem, we must take into account the balance between time, cost and quality of the solution. For that reason, once the different solutions for the same problem have been taken, it has been necessary to study how the solutions affected the time, the cost and the quality of the project, and depending on this study, it has been chosen the solution that has achieved a better balance between the three factors.
