La intervención administrativa en materia de juego

Abstract

En los últimos años a aumentado significativamente el juego en España así como las casas de apuestas. Esto llevó al Gobierno a regular este nuevo panorama hace algunos años para controlar el sector y dar mayor seguridad a los participantes. En este trabajo se va a analizar la intervención administrativa en materia de juego: las causas que le llevan a hacerlo y cómo lo hace. Además, se van a analizar algunos de los intervinientes en el sector.In the last few years the betting market and the number of betting companies has increased in Spain significantly. Due to that situation, the Government ruled the market a few years ago in order to protect the market and make it safety for the players. In this work the intervention of the government in the gambling sector is analysed, as well as the causes and how it is done. Also, some of the gambling operators are analysed too.
