Alternativa a un desgastado sistema autonómico español

Abstract

El presente trabajo lleva a cabo un análisis del sistema autonómico español. Dicho análisis comprende tanto la razón de ser del sistema autonómico como el denotado agotamiento que sufre el mismo desde los últimos años. Se expondrán los antecedentes más recientes del Estado autonómico, así como los motivos que estimularon la instauración de este modelo territorial, prestando una especial atención a los nacionalismos periféricos. Igualmente, se estudiarán no sólo las desventajas sino también las ventajas del sistema autonómico actual. Por último, se examinarán una serie de propuestas que puedan servir como solución a la problemática existente.The current paper carries out an analysis on the Spanish auto nomic system. Such analysis covers both the origin of the system and the exhaustion that it has been suffering during the past years. Recent events will be exposed along with the reasons that lead to the implementation of such model, paying special attention to the peripheral nationalisms. At the same time, the pros and cons of this model will be analysed. Lastly, a series of proposals that can serve as solutions to the existent problematic will be examined.
