El artículo presenta la nueva norma internacional ISO 24495-2:2025, que establece directrices para una comunicación jurídica clara. Esta norma busca que incluso los textos legales más complejos sean comprensibles, eficaces y precisos para distintos destinatarios, sin perder rigor jurídico. Se destacan los beneficios de este enfoque, como el ahorro de tiempo y costes, la mejora del acceso a la justicia y la adaptación a entornos tecnológicos. También se mencionan desafíos y la necesidad de adaptar la norma al contexto jurídico español.
The article introduces the international standard ISO 24495-2:2025, which promotes the use of clear and effective legal language. Its goal is to make legal texts understandable for citizens, professionals, and public administrations, without compromising legal precision.
