Abstract

Las Emergencias Respiratorias tiene gran importancia en la asistencia extrhospitalaria, debido que de la actuación de los profesionales que realizamos en los primeros momentos,depende en gran medida la evolución del resto del proceso y en ocasiones la vida del paciente. El problema respiratorio es probablemente una de las alteraciones que se vive con mayor ansiedad el paciente. La falta de aire la vive como falta de vida, por ello es necesario conocer la aparición y desarrollo de las patologías respiratorias. El profesional de Enfermería debe de ser capaz de reconocer los síntomas y signos de urgencia Relativos a la enfermedad y ser capaz de desarrollar actitudes y seguir planes de cuidados que puedan mejorar y favorecer al paciente.
