La necesidad material y necesidad espiritual. Reflexiones iusfilosóficas en torno a la pobreza

Abstract

Desde diferentes perspectivas el Derecho Natural ha ofrecido respuesta a la injusticia de la pobreza; se significan los postulados de Luis de Molina, variando el tomismo, en cuanto respuesta a las necesidades básicas; asimismo se acogen los mínimos de un iusnaturalismo empírico que el mismo Hart sostiene en el siglo XX. Pero el planteamiento de la pobreza se extiende también a las carencias espirituales que dada la indignidad que las mismas conllevan para el ser humano curiosamente, en la palabra evangélica, son causa de bienaventuranza.

From diferent perspectives the Natural Law has offered response to the injustice from the poverty; Luis de Molina´s postulates are meant, changing the tomismo, in response to the basic needs; likewise there take refuge the minimums of an empirical iusnaturalism that the same Hart supports in 20th century. But the exposition of the poverty spreads also to the spiritual lacks that, given the indignity that the same one carries for the human being curiously, in the evangelical word, are a reason of beatitude.
