| dc.description.abstract | Desde las elecciones de mayo de 2015 hemos vivido un período de incertidumbre en el que el Gobierno ha actuado en funciones, período en el que se ha negado a comparecer ante las Cámaras, especialmente ante el Congreso de los Diputados, aduciendo que al estar en funciones no deben someterse al control parlamentario. El control es la principal función de los Parlamentos. En el presente artículo se analiza la situación creada y se aportan algunas reflexiones respecto a la función de control. | es-ES |
