Docencia, investigación y gestión en una universidad: claves ignacianas

Abstract

El autor presenta tres características de la espiritualidad ignaciana que ayudan a entender el corazón de los centros universitarios de la Compañía de Jesús. En primer lugar, el discernimiento al que están llamados docentes, investigadores y todo el personal de la universidad. En segundo, la dinámica de movimiento entre el centro y la periferia que estuvo presente en la vida de Ignacio de Loyola. Y en tercer lugar, las reglas para sentir con la Iglesia como clave para vivir el binomio subjetividad institución.

The author presents three characteristics of the ignatian spirituality which help to understand the heart of the jesuit institutions of higher education. First, the discernment to which are invited teachers, researchers and the whole staff of the university. Second, the dynamic of movement between the center and the periphery that was present in Ignatius life. And third, the rules for feeling with the Church as key to live under the pair subjectivity institution.
