De nuevo sobre el artículo 155, y ¿ahora qué?

Abstract

Las medidas propuestas por el Gobierno español al Senado en virtud de las previsiones constitucionales del art. 155 de la Constitución suscitan en la calle múltiples interrogantes. Si difícil es para los juristas entender todo lo que está sucediendo, a los no juristas la situación les parece no sólo complicada, sino de imposible comprensión, preguntándose porque ante un desafío sin paragón en estos cuarenta años de vigencia de nuestra Constitución todavía tenemos que seguir esperando.

The measures proposed by the Spanish Government to the Senate under the constitutional provisions of art. 155 of the Constitution raise in the street multiple questions. If it is difficult for jurists to understand everything that is happening, non-jurists find the situation not only complicated but also impossible to understand, wondering why, faced with a challenge without a paragon, in these forty years of validity of our Constitution we still have to follow waiting.
