El beso de Dios: el regalo de Dios a la humanidad

Abstract

Esta comunicación dentro del Congreso Teresa de Jesús: Patrimonio de la Humanidad, pretende profundizar en la obra de santa Teresa «Meditaciones sobre los Cantares», donde la autora habla del beso de Dios como señal de la paz y la amistad entre las personas. La paz es fruto de la amistad con Cristo, don de la Resurrección que el Señor regala a la humanidad. El beso es el mejor símbolo para expresar la experiencia de una persona a quien Dios ha enamorado, de forma que, como la esposa del Cantar de los Cantares, se atreve a pedir:«béseme con los besos de su boca» (Ct 1,1).

This communication within the Congress: Teresa of Jesus: Heritage of humanity, seeks to deepen in the work of Sanint Teresa «Meditations on Song of Songs», where the author speaks of the Kiss of God as sign of peace and friendship between people. The peace is the fruit of frienship with Christ, a gift of the resurrección that the Lord gives tu humanity. The kiss is the best sign to express the experience of a person whom God has fallen in love with, so that, like the wife of the Songs, dares to ask: «kiss me with the kisses of his mouth».
