El tratamiento de la discapacidad en la Negociación Colectiva. Estudio específico de los convenios colectivos sectoriales de la Comunidad de Madrid

Abstract

En los últimos años se ha pretendido dar un impulso real al tratamiento de la discapacidad en la negociación colectiva, como lo demuestran distintas iniciativas tendentes a reforzarla en las diferentes fases del desarrollo de la negociación . Sin embargo, la revisión concreta del contenido de los convenios colectivos sectoriales no siempre permite corroborar que los esfuerzos realizados para su impulso se trasladan al contenido real de los convenios. El presente trabajo estudia y analiza el contenido de los convenios colectivos de sector registrados en el ámbito la Comunidad de Madrid al cierre del año 2017 y de las previsiones que los mismos destinan a la inclusión en el empleo de las personas con discapacidad en el ámbito propio de cada uno de ellos.

In recent years, there has been an attempt to give real impetus to the treatment of disability in collective bargaining, as evidenced by various initiatives aimed at reinforcing it in the different stages of negotiation development. However, the concrete review of the content of sectoral collective agreements does not always corroborate that the efforts made to promote them are transferred to the real content of the agreements. The present work studies and analyzes the content of the collective agreements of sector registered in the field of the Community of Madrid at the end of the year 2017 and of the forecasts that the same ones destine to the inclusion in the employment of the persons with disability in the own field from each of them.
