La intersección Psicoanálisis y Derecho como puente sobre aguas turbulentas

Abstract

La cura a través de la palabra ("talking cure"), que remite a la acepción más genuinamente psicoanalítica en tanto que concepción terapéutica, por un lado, y la propia idea de orden, más exactamente de ordenamiento jurídico, que, con pretensión objetiva, se refiere al Derecho, por otro, protagonizan la intersección aludida en el título. Se plantea, así, si lo singular del Psicoanálisis, tan señaladamente subjetivo, tiene algo que ver con lo general del Derecho, tan pretendidamente objetivo, y viceversa.

The cure through the word ("talking cure"), which refers to the more genuinely psychoanalytic meaning as a therapeutic concept, on the one hand, and the very idea of order, more precisely of legal order, which, with objective pretension , refers to the Law, on the other, they star in the intersection alluded to in the title. It arises, thus, if the singular of Psychoanalysis, so highly subjective, has something to do with the general of Law, so pretendedly objective, and vice versa.
