Resumen : | Trabajo que señala los factores clave enla prevención del burnout en los profesionales de cuidados intensivos pediátricos. We thank the authors of the letter to the Editor entitled Burnout and devastated feeling on patients' death: Universal to clinicians for their thoughtful comments on the article by Rodríguez-Rey et al.1 and for raising the important point of emotional distress of clinicians resulting from patients' deaths, irrespective of the medical specialty. Their comments are fully coherent with the conclusions of the study by Rodríguez-Rey et al.,1 with the literature in the field2,3, and with their clinical experience, as well as with our own experience. |
