Plan de Negocio de una Start Up: COWOTEL.

Abstract

En este trabajo se expondrá un plan de negocio para una Start Up tecnológica dedicada al aprovechamiento del sector hotelero por resultar este uno de los sectores más afectados por la pandemia. Se propone que este sector oferte parte de sus espacios e instalaciones para teletrabajar. En este plan de negocio se describirán todas las áreas y actividades esenciales para llevar a cabo el funcionamiento de la empresa y poner así en práctica el negocio. En definitiva, este trabajo, demuestra la necesidad actual y motivo por el que se crea la empresa, su viabilidad para entrar en el mercado y ser el atractivo de inversores.

This dissertation will present a Business Plan for a technological Start Up dedicated to the exploitation of the hotel sector, as this one has been one of the most affected by the pandemic. It is proposed that this sector offers part of its spaces and facilities for teleworking. This Business Plan will describe all the areas and activities essential to carry out the functioning of the company and thus demonstrate it is ready to step out into the market. In conclusion, this work demonstrates the current need and the reason for creating this company along with its viability to enter the market and be attractive to investors.
