Programación Didáctica de Ciencias Sociales para 4º de Educación Primaria

Abstract

El trabajo que presentamos a continuación se trata de una Programación Didáctica de Ciencias Sociales, dedicada para alumnos de 4o de Primaria. Está formado por nueve unidades didácticas en las que el hilo de conexión entre ellas será el arte. Con ello pretendemos formar alumnos competentes que sepan enmarcar en el tiempo y en el espacio los hechos más relevantes de la historia de España al mismo tiempo que amplían sus conocimientos artísticos dentro de un contexto concreto. Para ello, se proponen una serie de actividades motivadoras para los alumnos que les permitirán conectar sus aprendizajes con el mundo exterior y su bagaje de conocimientos previos a través de distintas metodologías de aprendizaje. Además, la propuesta didáctica tiene como principal objetivo que los alumnos sean los principales protagonistas de su aprendizaje a través de la investigación y el trabajo manipulativo y vivencial, que les permitirá establecer relaciones y conexiones de lo trabajado en el aula con la vida cotidiana. Asimismo, la propuesta educativa en Ciencias Sociales no se trabajará de forma parcelada, sino que se realizará de forma transversal con otras asignaturas como Inglés o Educación Artística, contribuyendo así a la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos de los alumnos.

The document deals with a Didactic Program of Social Sciences, dedicated to students of 4th grade of Primary. It consists of nine teaching units in which the thread of connection between them will be art. With this, we intend to form competent students who know how to frame in time and space the most relevant events in Spain’s history while expanding their artistic knowledge within a specific context. To this end, we propose a series of motivating activities for students that will allow them to connect their learning with the outside world and their baggage of previous knowledge through different learning methodologies. In addition, the main objective of the didactic proposal is to make students the main protagonists of their learning through research and manipulative and lively work, which will allow them to establish relationships and connections of what was worked in the classroom with daily life. Likewise, the educational proposal in Social Sciences will not be worked in a plotted way but will be carried out in a cross-cutting way with other subjects such as English or Arts, thus contributing to the acquisition of meaningful learnings of students.
