Abstract

Dos son las cuestiones que residen en lo más profundo, en lo nuclear de las practicas del mentoring y el coaching; el insight y el aprendizaje. Es a través de ellas y en muchos casos, sólo como consecuencia de su aparición en el proceso de la relación, cuando realmente se va a dar el cambio perseguido.
