Aproximación al concepto estético de revelación en la primera filosofía del arte de F. W. J. Schelling

Abstract

El concepto estético de revelación ayuda a comprender mejor la dinámica interna del concepto teológico de revelación. En el idealismo alemán el estudio de la experiencia estética adquirió, ya desde el principio, una importancia extraordinaria. La aproximación que F. W. J. Schelling realiza en el Sistema del idealismo trascendental (1800) marca un punto de referencia especialmente sobresaliente en relación con la filosofía del arte. En este artículo queremos rescatar las intuiciones válidas del concepto estético de revelación separándolas de los límites de la filosofía de la identidad, del elitismo del genio, del panteísmo spinozista y de la teología del Absoluto de Schelling

The aesthetic concept of revelation helps to better understand the internal dynamics of the theological concept of revelation. In German Idealism the study of aesthetic experience acquired, from the beginning, an extraordinary importance. Schelling's approach in System of Transcendental Idealism (1800) marks a particularly outstanding point of reference in relation to the philosophy of art.
