¿Qué rol, qué papel juega hoy el seguro de responsabilidad civil en nuestra sociedad y en nuestros mercados? ¿por qué ciertos ámbitos y actividades exigen una cobertura obligatoria de un seguro?, ¿dónde empieza la voluntariedad y dónde termina ésta para dejar paso a la obligatoriedad de la contratación? ¿Cuáles son hoy los desafíos en una sociedad postmoderna que debe afrontar el seguro de responsabilidad civil toda vez que las nuevas tecnologías, la inteligencia artificial, el big data, la robotización creciente están marcando nuevos derroteros pero también rompiendo y rasgando viejos anatemas, cuándo no tabúes como la aleatoriedad del contrato?
