El español en China: una propuesta didáctica distinta

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo analizar la historia del español —2ª lengua materna con más hablantes nativos en el mundo— en China y su enseñanza hasta nuestros días. En un contexto como el actual, con una China elevándose a primera potencia mundial, parece necesario preguntarse por el lugar que ocupará la lengua española en la educación del país asiático. Asimismo, desarrollaremos un plan didáctico siguiendo el enfoque por tareas, un método de enseñanza de lenguas que se enfoca en el uso real de la lengua. Esto resulta de gran utilidad, ya que la tradición en China con respecto a la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras ha estado bastante marcada por algunos métodos y manuales en desuso, como el método gramática-traducción.

The aim of this project is to analyze the history of Spanish—the second native language with the most native speakers in the world—in China and its teaching until the present day. In a context such as the current one, with China becoming the first world power, it seems essential to reflect on the place that Spanish language will occupy in the education of the Asian country. Furthermore, we will develop a didactic planning based on the task-based learning approach, a method of language teaching that focuses on the actual use of the language. This is of great importance, since the tradition in China regarding the teaching of foreign languages has been strongly marked by some methods and manuals in disuse, such as the grammar-translation method.
