La influencia de Ángeles de Castro sobre Miguel Delibes explicada a través de "Señora de rojo sobre fondo gris"

Abstract

Este trabajo busca iluminar la relación de Miguel Delibes con su mujer Ángeles de Castro; relación que se explicará a través de la obra "Señora de rojo sobre fondo gris", obra que el escritor publicó tras la muerte de su mujer. Se analizará la obra prestando atención a los dos personajes protagonistas, reflejo de Delibes y su mujer, y se tratará el tema de la muerte y de la enfermedad, para poder revelar la verdadera influencia que ella tuvo sobre la obra y la vida del escritor. Además, se estudiarán el monólogo y la lengua hablada y los personajes femeninos en la narrativa de Delibes.

This paper attempts to clarify the relationship between Miguel Delibes and his wife Ángeles de Castro; a relationship that will be explained through the novel "Lady in Red on a Gray Background", a piece of work that the writer published after the death of his wife. The book will be analyzed studying the two main characters, a reflection of Delibes and his wife, and the subject of death and illness will be discussed in order to reveal the true influence she had on the writer's work and life. In addition, we will also study the monologue and the spoken language and the female characters in Delibes' narrative.
