¿"Finis Terrae" de la Iusfilosofía?

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en un recorrido por la historia reciente de la asignatura Filosofía del Derecho en España. Dicho recorrido se detiene en lo acontecido en los últimos años. Sin embargo, expone, prospectivamente, diferentes vías para tratar de superar el "desterramiento" y/o "enterramiento" de la asignatura: ya sea la "resurrección" o la "reencarnación". La inutilidad y la melancolía enmarcan un final aquejado de la tensión gramsciana entre el pesimismo de la inteligencia y el optimismo de la voluntad.

This work consists of a route of the recent history of the subject Jusphilosophy in Spain. This route stops at what has happened in recent years. Nevertheless, it exposes, prospectively, different ways to try to overcome the "banishment" and/or "burial" of the subject: we talk about the "resurrection" or "reincarnation". Uselessness and melancholy frame an end suffering from the Gramscian tension between the Pessimism of the Intelligence and the Optimism of the Will.
