(bautismo de hijos de parejas en situaciones irregulares, lugar y tiempo de celebración de los sacramentos, recepción de sacramentos por quienes se encuentran en uniones matrimoniales irregulares, etc.- Se señalan retos pendientes y la necesidad e dar respuesta a realidades nuevas o conflictos recientes (transexualidad, cambio de sexo, requisitos para ser padrinos....)-
