dc.description.abstract | enerally, cosmetic surgery is framed within the so-called "satisfying medicine" and specifically that of plastic medicine, this science being understood as the one that aims to achieve anatomical and functional normality in the body structure. Transforming the human body to correct deformities or improve deficiencies. However, aesthetic surgery admits a double classification: reparative or reconstructive surgery (repairing the effects of an accident or a malformation, for example) and aesthetic or cosmetic surgery (remodeling those parts of the body not satisfactory for the patient) with limits between the two sometimes difficult to fix. | en-GB |
