Abstract

Precio y valor son los conceptos principales y las cuestiones clave de este artículo, ya que es imposible comprender la naturaleza de una burbuja si no distinguimos claramente entre precio y valor. El primero, en esencia, es una consecuencia de la respuesta del mercado a las fuerzas de la oferta y la demanda, pero el segundo es un poco más complicado. Price and value are the main concepts and key issues in this paper, since it is impossible to understand the nature of a bubble if we do not dis-tinguish clearly between price and value. The first, in essence, is a con-sequence of the market responding to the forces of supply and demand, but the second is a little more complicated. In many respects, value is subjective and fluctuates with the vagaries of experience, not to men-tion personal taste.
