La inserción laboral de los jóvenes según su nivel de estudios

Abstract

Actualmente, el proceso de egresar en el mundo laboral se considera uno de los momentos de mayor crisis e incertidumbre entre los jóvenes españoles, los cuales se ven limitados por la falta de demanda en ciertos sectores, las competencias que unos tienen frente a otros y el nivel de estudios de cada uno. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un estudio sobre la inserción laboral de los jóvenes en España según su nivel de estudios (formación profesional, grado y máster) y ver cómo afecta esto a su egreso en el mundo profesional. Para abordar la investigación, se recopila información de distintos artículos asociados con la inserción laboral en España que aplican estrategias similares, las cuales analizan la relación del nivel de titulación y/o rama de conocimiento con las dificultades de conseguir un primer empleo. La investigación se respalda en una encuesta, cuyos datos han sido recogidos durante los meses de septiembre, octubre y noviembre entre personas de nacionalidad española que han cursado estudios desde formación profesional hasta máster. Este análisis permite determinar, si realmente el nivel de titulación de los jóvenes y la rama que estudien influye en cómo se insertan laboralmente, confirmando o desmintiendo las distintas hipótesis mencionadas en el estudio.

Currently, the process of graduating into the labor market is considered one of the moments of greatest crisis and uncertainty among young Spaniards, who are limited by the lack of demand in certain sectors, the skills that some have compared to others and the level of studies of each one. The aim of this work is to carry out a study on the labor market insertion of young people in Spain according to their level of studies (vocational training, bachelor’s, and master's degrees) and to see how this affects their graduation in the professional world. To approach the research, information is compiled from different articles associated with labor market insertion in Spain that apply similar strategies, which analyze the relationship of the level of degree and/or branch of knowledge with the difficulties of getting a first job. The research is based on a survey, whose data were collected during the months of September, October and November among Spanish nationals who have completed studies ranging from vocational training to a master's degree. This analysis makes it possible to determine whether the level of the young people's degree and the branch they study really influences how they enter the labor market, confirming or refuting the different hypotheses mentioned in the study.
