El aprendizaje del Derecho Civil ante los desafíos del proceso de innovación educativa

Abstract

Resulta discutible si nuestra sociedad actual tiene, o no, reconocido de manera expresa, un derecho a comprender el lenguaje jurídico. Lo que sí está claro es los ciudadanos tenemos la necesidad de entender las normas que, en general, nos son aplicables e incluso la exigencia de comprender cómo están regulados los aspectos jurídicos que nos son más cercanos. A estos se dedica el Derecho civil. El conocer cómo entenderlos ante los desafíos del proceso de innovación educativa, es el objeto del presente trabajo.

It is debatable whether or not our current society has, or not, an expressly recognized right to understand legal language. What is clear is that citizens have the need to understand the rules that, in general, are applicable to us and even the need to understand how the legal aspects that are closest to us are regulated. Civil law is dedicated to these. Knowing how to understand them in the face of the challenges of the educational innovation process is the object of this paper
