Artículo 10: Igualdad, Justicia y Equidad

Abstract

El presente capítulo procurar reflexionar desde una perspectiva iusfilosófica hermenéutica y personalista dialógica sobre la vinculación que existe entre la igualdad, la justicia y la equidad, a raíz del artículo 10 de la Declaración Universal sobre Bioética y Derechos humanos, mediando también la comprensión estética de tal norma, a raíz del estudio de una obra pictórica denominada “Alegoría de la Justicia y la Paz”. Asimismo, se resalta la importancia que tiene la Bioética como herramienta que contribuye a proteger la dignidad humana en las democracias liberales.

This chapter seeks to reflect from a hermeneutic and personal-based perspective on the relationship between equality, justice and equity, Article 10 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, also mediating the aesthetic understanding of such a norm, following the study of an artistic work called "Allegory of Justice and Peace". It also highlights the importance of bioethics as a tool that contributes to protecting human dignity in liberal democracies.
