El derecho a la vida en el sistema legal de Kenia.

Abstract

Este trabajo se asienta sobre la convicción de que existe una disposición hacia la búsqueda de la justicia compartida por los humanos la cual se ha reflejado en distintas legislaciones, reglamentaciones, sistemas normativos, métodos de justicia (más o menos acertado) a lo largo de la historia de la humanidad. El objetivo de este trabajo es la conceptualización de la justicia en distintos autores.

A través del estudio independiente de dos autores dispares en su contexto, como lo son Radbruch y Ramose, además del análisis de sus convergencias se va a intentar demostrar las similitudes en la concepción de la justicia humana, por lo menos en su contenido más básico.

This dissertation is grounded in the conviction that there exists a human disposition towards the pursuit of justice, shared by all, which has been reflected throughout the history of humanity in different legislations, regulations, normative systems and methods of justice (to a greater or lesser degree successful). The aim of this work is to analyse how justice is conceptualised by different authors. By means of the independent study of two authors whose contexts are markedly different, namely Radbruch and Ramose, and through the analysis of the convergences between them, it seeks to show the similarities in the conception of human justice, at least in its most basic content.
