Lactancia materna en mujeres con dolor crónico. Proyecto educativo dirigido a madres con Fibromialgia, Síndrome de Raynaud o Endometriosis.

Abstract

Introducción: En este trabajo vamos a encontrar una contextualización al embarazo, sus cambios fisiológicos y las patologías que cursan de manera fisiológica para poder comprender la lactancia en todas sus dimensiones, haciendo hincapié en las siguientes patologías: fibromialgia, Síndrome de Raynaud y endometriosis. Objetivos: El proyecto tiene como objetivo conseguir una lactancia efectiva y poder identificar los signos de alarma de las enfermedades de base y permitir un mejor control durante la lactancia para evitar las posibles complicaciones que puedan surgir. Metodología: Para conseguir los objetivos mencionados anteriormente voy a desarrollar un proyecto educativo para llevarlo a cabo en el centro de salud que va a estar enfocado a las madres que van a dar lactancia materna exclusiva o lactancia materna más fórmula y que tengan de base una de las patologías mencionadas anteriormente para que adquieran los conocimientos necesarios para una lactancia efectiva. Implicación en la práctica enfermera: Con este trabajo quiero remarcar la importancia del papel de la enfermería como elemento clave en el proceso de la lactancia y en el acompañamiento y educación de las madres que optan por la lactancia materna.

Introduction: This paper will illustrate the contextualization of pregnancy, its physiological changes and the pathologies that occur in order to understand breastfeeding in all its dimensions, emphasizing the following pathologies: fibromyalgia, Raynaud's syndrome and endometriosis. Objectives: The main objective of this project is to achieve an effective breastfeeding and be able to identify the warning signs of underlying diseases and allow better control during breastfeeding to avoid possible complications that may arise. Methodology: In order to achieve the objectives that are mentioned above, I will develop an educational project to be held in the health center and focused on mothers who are going to exclusively breastfeed or breastfeed plus formula and who have one of the pathologies mentioned above so they will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge for an effective breastfeeding. Implications for nursing practice: In this work I want to highlight the important role of nursing as a key element in the breastfeeding process and in the support and education of the mothers who choose to breastfeed.
