El blanqueo de capitales

Abstract

El blanqueo de capitales es uno de los delitos que más repercusión social está teniendo en los últimos años. Las investigaciones llevadas a cabo por las Autoridades pertinentes son cada vez más y la cifra de los culpables también aumenta cada día. El objetivo de este trabajo es el de dar a conocer la realidad sobre el blanqueo de capitales y su repercusión a nivel nacional. El trabajo está desarrollado en dos partes; por un lado he querido acercarme de manera teórica al concepto del blanqueo, detallando sus características o su tipología y por otro lado, he realizado un trabajo de análisis de información periodística sobre los casos de blanqueo más importantes a nivel nacional. Para terminar, he realizado entrevistas a personal de entidades financieras que me han ofrecido una visión más realista y cercana de la situación actual. La información recogida ha sido debidamente analizada y seleccionada con el objetivo de hacer amena la lectura y que sobre todo, se entienda un tema tan actual con la mayor sencillez y claridad.

In recent years, Money laundering is one the crimes that is having more social impact. Legal investigations carried out by the Authorities are increasing and the number of accused people also increases every day. The aim of this paper is to provide the facts about Money laundering and its impact in our society. This activity is developed in two parts: at first, I wanted to approach theoretically the concept of money, detailing their nature and different types and then, I have done an analysis of media information regarding the most important cases. Finally, I have accomplished interviews with staff of financial Institutions who have provided a more realistic and closer view of the current situation. The information has been properly analyzed and selected in order to make easier the reading and to show the situation in a simple and clear way.
