dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo se analizará el mercado alternativo bursátil como una alternativa para inversores y como fuente de financiación para las empresas que no pueden acceder a otros mercados debido a su menor capitalización. Se describirán los segmentos de este mercado analizando en profundidad una alternativa de inversión de reciente creación. Este nuevo vehículo de inversión en el mercado inmobiliario español que está en auge en el último año, son las SOCIMIS.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In this essay it will be analyzed the alternative stock exchange market as an alternative for investors and as financing source for the companies which can not participate in other stock markets because of they do not have enough capital to do it. It will be described the segments of this stock market by analyzing in depth a new alternative of investment. This new investment vehicle on the Spanish real-estate, which is growing up nowadays are called SOCIMIS.	es_ES
