Pescanova : un caso de reestructuración

Abstract

En este trabajo hemos analizado el proceso de reestructuración que ha seguido y continúa siguiendo la empresa Pescanova, ahora reconvertida en Nueva Pescanova, desde el año 2013, cuando fueron encontradas ciertas distorsiones en sus cuentas desde hacía varios años. A partir de este análisis, se puede afirmar que la compañía, a pesar de ciertas decisiones no del todo correctas, está consiguiendo reencauzarse en el buen camino, obteniendo el año 2015 unos beneficios positivos, aunque bastante bajos comparados con períodos anteriores, dadas ciertas obligaciones mal gestionadas.

In this paper, we have analyzed the process of restructuring that Pescanova, now become “Nueva Pescanova”, has followed and continues following since 2013, when several distortions were found in its accounts that had been growing since previous years. From this analysis we can conclude that despite some not very good decisions, the company can get back to the good path, which is shown in the positive results obtained in 2015. These are lower than previous years but that is due to certain complications coming from some bad managed obligations.
