dc.description.abstract | At present, organizations require members that have the correct development of certain skills to face new and varied challenges in the markets in which they intervene, and that present an increasing complexity and uncertainty. The links with other organizations or their members among themselves and the relationships with the agents that influence them are increasingly necessary and intense. It has been found that the differences between organizations make the talent of the people who make them up. The new technologies, in turn, have determined that it is the skills, competencies and digital capabilities of the members that make up the organizations, which determine what are the factors that can differentiate talent. From the above, it can be inferred that it is the people who determine the competitive advantages of the organizations; hence the importance of analyzing managerial skills for an integral management of people and, studying this way, how to reinforce management with the technological advances available at the moment. In the present work, a study was carried out of the main managerial skills demanded for those responsible for making decisions in organizations, how it evolved over time, and how it has been affected by the Integral Management Systems or ERP. For the exploratory study, a total of 150 surveys have been carried out on the object of study with people in positions of responsibility and results that seek new concepts of business management in integral computer systems, demand new managerial skills. | en-GB |
