Plan de negocio : apartamentos turísticos en el centro histórico de Córdoba : Columba

Abstract

Actualmente, el sector turístico es la fuente de ingresos más importante en España. Además, la introducción de la tecnología está ayudando a algunos servicios turísticos a crecer, como a los alojamientos. Por lo tanto, en el plan de negocio que vamos a desarrollar hemos aprovechado estos hechos como una oportunidad para establecer unos apartamentos turísticos en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Córdoba, con la incorporación de la tecnología y nuevos modelos de negocio.

A partir de un plan de marketing, un estudio operativo, un plan legal y un análisis financiero obtendremos las conclusiones necesarias para conocer si el plan de negocio es viable.

Nowadays, the tourism sector is the most important source of income in Spain. Additionally, the introduction of the technology is helping some tourism services to grow, such us the accommodation services. Therefore, in the business plan that we are going to explain in this dissertation, we have taken advantage of this opportunities to establish tourist apartments in the historic center of the city of Córdoba, with the incorporation of technology and new business models.

Thought a marketing plan, an operational study, a legal plan and a financial analysis we will obtain the conclusions to know if the business plan is viable.
