Resumen
El presente trabajo se centra en el estudio de la evolución de la industria del lujo y más en concreto, sobre el concepto del lujo. La industria del lujo, además de representar un 10% de la economía mundial, está en continuo crecimiento. Por lo tanto, analizar su evolución nos servirá para poder entender cómo las marcas de
lujo se han adaptado de manera exitosa. Para eso, se hace un estudio general sobre la industria, sus consumidores, los segmentos clave y las nuevas tendencias, entre otros. Responde a preguntas como qué necesita una marca para ser considerada de lujo y por qué crece el lujo. El estudio teórico se complementa con uno práctico sobre la marca Cartier. En definitiva, este trabajo es una manera de introducirse en y de entender hacia dónde va el mundo del lujo, y qué mejor que con el testimonio único de uno de sus grandes: Cartier. lujo, democratización, digitalización, branding, Customer Relationship Management.

Dentro del departamento de Gestión Empresarial podemos trabajar los temas de Responsabilidad Social y Etica en las empresas, dado que la sociedad reclama cada vez con más fuerza prácticas cercanas a la bondad y al buen hacer. Importante también es saber cómo motivar a los trabajadores, cuáles son las labores de un buen coach. Se puede profundizar mucho en estos temas. Interesante la realización de un business plan para el tejido empresarial español y para un TFG o TFMMaterias/ UNESCO

This project studies the evolution of the luxury industry. This industry represents 10% of the world economy and it foresees a continuous growth. Therefore, it is interesting to determine what have luxury brands done in order adapt to all the trends and evolutions of the history. First, a general study about the industry is made, a classification of its consumers, description of the key segments and new trends in the sector are explained. It answers questions such what a brand needs to be considered luxury and why luxury grows. In addition, the theoretical study is applied to the jewelry brand Cartier. In short, this work is the first step into the luxury industry and a description of where the sector is going; and what better than with the unique testimony of one of its greatest: Cartier.luxury, democratization, digitalization, branding, Customer Relationship Management.
