La tributación de los deportistas, principales cuestiones fiscales

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación académica se procederá a estudiar la normativa española de acuerdo con lo dispuesto entorno a la tributación de las personas físicas. En primer lugar, analizaremos las cuestiones generales para posteriormente poder entender dónde se sitúa cada parte de las rentas percibidas; a continuación aprenderemos acerca de los requisitos establecidos en Ley para tributar en las distintas Comunidades Autónomas y sus tipos de gravámenes y estudiaremos también sobre los distintos regímenes que se han dispuesto alrededor de las personas extranjeras desplazadas a nuestro país. Para finalizar, concluiremos dicho estudio con el principal tema de los derechos de imagen y las principales estructuras que hemos observado para concluir con una reflexión de lo aprendido

In the present academic research work will proceed to study the Spanish regulations in accordance with the provisions regarding the taxation of physics people. In the first place, we will analyze the general questions to later be able to understand where each part of the rent is located; then we will learn about the requirements established in the Law top ay taxes in the different Autonomous Communities and their types of taxes and we will also study about the different regimes that have been arranged around foreign people displaced to our country. Finally, we will conclude this study with the main theme of the image rights and the main structures that have been observed to conclude with a reflection of what has been learned.
