dc.description.abstract	This research project is a study of the profitability of building a ski resort in the eastern region of the Pyrenees. Since a ski resort is a clear example of project finance because it can be self-maintained through the cash flows that come from the sale of tickets the methodology that will be used will be that of project finance. The project will include an explanation of the calculation of the main financial statements that are needed to study the profitability of the result. The ultimate goal will be, through the calculation of the internal rate of return, to determine if it is profitable to build a resort in the mentioned region.	es_ES
