Prescripción enfermera, una atención global hacia el cuidado
Abstract
La prescripción enfermera es una práctica que inició su regularización en España a mediados del año 2009, no siendo hasta finales de 2015 su regulación legislativa formal. Asimismo, la reciente aprobación de un Real Decreto que dice regular esta práctica, ha levantado al colectivo de enfermería en contra del mismo, con la defensa de que su rol se ha visto minado y entorpecido. Esta ley ha pasado a delimitar gravemente su capacidad de acción y de atención sanitaria hacia la población, alejando el objetivo principal de mejorar la calidad y la asistencia sanitaria. Por ello se plantea el estudio, en el que se busca medir la percepción enfermera acerca de esta reciente implantación legal y su repercusión tanto en la práctica de la profesión como en la atención sanitaria hacia la población. The nurse prescription is a practice which started its regulation in 2009 in Spain, but it has not its formal legislative regulation until the end of 2015. Also, the recent Real Decree approbation, which regulates this practice, it has as a result the nurses group to be against of it, defending that its role is hindered. This law has started to delimit gravely its action capacity and health attention to the population, moving away the principal objective of improve the quality and the health assistance. For this reason, has set the studio which looks for to measure the nurse perception about this recently legal implantation and its repercussion on the practice of the profession as in the health attention to the population.
