Cuidados de enfermería en el post trasplante hepático del paciente cirrótico

Abstract

La cirrosis hepática es el estadio final de todas las enfermedades hepáticas crónicas progresivas, por lo que deberemos prestarle mucha atención a sus cuidados y por consiguiente a sus tratamientos. El tratamiento último es el trasplante hepático, en el cual vamos a centrar este trabajo, y más concretamente en el post del mismo, una vez el paciente haya superado las horas críticas en intensivos (post operatorio inmediato) y sea conducido a su planta correspondiente (post operatorio hospitalario no inmediato). Al centrarnos en los cuidados del post operatorio hospitalario no inmediato de un trasplante de hígado, podremos entender en todas las esferas cómo se siente un paciente tras sufrir este trance y así desde la empatía y el conocimiento, poder cuidarle. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es que las enfermeras de nuevo ingreso y alumnos de enfermería, a los cuales va dirigido tal proyecto, conozcan de una forma íntegra los cuidados en todas las esferas que se le otorgan a un paciente post trasplante hepático en la Unidad de Trasplante hepático del Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón.

Hepatic Cirrhosis is known to be the last phase of all the progressive, chronic hepatic diseases, so we have to pay much more attention to its medical care and therefore to its treatments. The last treatment is hepatic transplant, on which we are going to focus this study and in particular on the post of it when the patient has overcome the critical hours in the intensive care unit (immediate postoperative) and is moved to his or her corresponding floor (non- immediate hospital postoperative). Focusing on the medical care of the non-immediate hospital postoperative in liver transplant, we could understand how a patient feels after suffering this difficulty in all the fields and then, from empathy and knowledge, take care of him or her. The main aim of this study is that any new nurses and nursing students, to whom is addressed this project, known in an entire way the medical care which is given to a post hepatic transplant patient in all the fields in the Hepatic Transplant Unit of the University Hospital Gregorio Marañón.
