Creación de un modelo de negocio basado en blockchain : TEK

Abstract

El presente trabajo desarrolla un modelo de negocio basada en blockchain. Se trata de Tek: una plataforma de equity crowdfunding que utiliza blockchain como piedra angular para su creación de valor. Su mayor fuente de ventaja competitiva es la tokenización del capital de las startups para que sus participaciones se puedan revender en forma de tokens dando así liquidez a los inversores.

This thesis develops a business model based on blockchain. Tek is an equity crowdfunding platform that uses blockchain as the cornerstone for its value creation. Its biggest source of competitive advantage is the tokenization of the capital of the startups so that their shares can be resold in the form of tokens thus providing liquidity to the investors.
