Creación de una startup de equity crowdfunding utilizando tecnología Blockchain: TEK, la revolucionaria plataforma que pretende democratizar los vehículos de inversión

Abstract

En este proyecto de fin de grado se busca estudiar y analizar el mundo de las equity crowdfunding tanto a nivel europeo como español. En este contexto se informa sobre la evolución de la tecnología blockchain en el día a día y su posible aplicación al mundo de la financiación de startups. Para ello, desarrollamos una idea de una posible startup donde se utilice la tecnología blockchain para lograr la financiación de otras startups mediante el equity crowdfunding. Proponemos la descripción de la idea además de un plan de negocio completo para estudiar la viabilidad de la startup. Por último, analizamos el futuro de la empresa, a la que llamaremos TEK, y su posible implementación en la sociedad en el corto-medio plazo. Todo esto con el objetivo de democratizar las inversiones en el mundo de las startups.

For this final project I seek to study and analyse the world of equity crowdfunding at both European and Spanish levels. In this context, information is provided on the evolution of blockchain technology on a day-to-day basis and its possible application to the world of startup financing. To this end, we developed an idea of a possible startup where blockchain technology can be used to finance other startups through equity crowdfunding. We propose a description of the idea as well as a complete business plan to study the viability of the startup. Finally, we analyze the future of the company, which we will call TEK, and its possible implementation in society in the short to medium term. All this with the aim of democratizing investments in the world of startups.
