It has also been conducted a study on the effect of online shopping in the textile sector. Likewise, the research work is specifically geared towards the Spanish textile industry. The choice of the fashion sector is due to its role as a promoter of electronic commerce, being one of the main sectors of income of this domain in Spain. In this line, and in an environment where the client has an active position that allows him to express his opinions and decide, the importance of analyzing the quality of the service provided by the operators has been noted. For the development of the study, a qualitative analysis of the purchase process through Internet of three of the most popular brands of Spanish textiles has been carried out. After the research study, it has been concluded that the ecommerce that has a higher quality is the one related to Zara. However, there are issues, such as the lack of trust in the Internet, that decisively influence the development of this tool, limiting its growth. | en-GB |
