Fibromialgia. Estudio en profundidad y su relación con el maltrato

Abstract

Objetivo El objetivo que plantea este trabajo es la realización de una revisión sistemática exhaustiva en torno a la enfermedad de la fibromialgia y todo lo que la rodea, para terminar con la revisión de la relación del maltrato y esta enfermedad. Resultado Como resultado se ha obtenido una revisión sistemática, que era lo pretendido, la cual ha permitido un conocimiento global y en profundidad de la enfermedad. Además de esto ha inducido a la extracción de las conclusiones que ponen punto final al trabajo. Conclusión Se concluye que la fibromialgia es una enfermedad multisintomática y multicausal, se trata de un reto para la medicina moderna, pero se afirma que es esencial el tratamiento y conocimiento en absoluta profundidad del paciente como un ser individual, lo que va a ayudar mucho en el tratamiento de la enfermedad. Del mismo modo, tras la revisión realizada, se concluye reafirmando la hipótesis que motiva este trabajo, el maltrato es causante en algunos casos de la enfermedad de la fibromialgia; el estrés postraumático, la incomprensión de las víctimas y la realidad que les rodea son factores clave en el desarrollo de esta enfermedad.

Objective The objective of this work is to carry out a systematic review around the disease of fibromyalgia and everything that surrounds it, to end with the review of the relationship of abuse and this disease. Result As a result, a systematic review has been obtained, which was the intention, which has allowed a global and in-depth knowledge of the disease. In addition to this, the revision has led to the extraction of the conclusions that put an end to the work. Conclusion It is concluded that fibromyalgia is a multisymptomatic and multifactorial disease, it is a challenge for modern medicine, but it is stated that the treatment and knowledge in absolute depth of the patient as an individual being is essential, which will help in the treatment of the illness. In the same way, after the review carried out, it is concluded reaffirming the hypothesis that motivates this work, the mistreatment is cause in some cases of the disease of fibromyalgia; post-traumatic stress, the lack of understanding of the victims and the reality that surrounds them are key factors in the development of this disease.
