Influencia de la relación entre China y África en el desarrollo de Angola, Etiopía, Kenia y Sudáfrica

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado analiza la influencia de las Inversiones Extranjeras Directas de China en el desarrollo del continente africano. Se analizarán concretamente cuatro países: Angola, Etiopía, Kenia y Sudáfrica y se estudiarán sus crecimientos debido a las inversiones realizadas por China. Se expondrá una comparativa de China frente a los países africanos mediante el análisis del crecimiento del su Producto Interior Bruto, sus Índices de Desarrollo Humano, la Ayuda Oficial al Desarrollo y, por último, se verá si han sido las Inversiones Extranjeras Directas y otros factores los que han contribuido a ayudar a esas poblaciones africanas en su desarrollo interno, o si esta relación ha contribuido solamente al crecimiento global de China.

This end-of-degree paper analyses the influence of China's Foreign Direct Investment on the development of the African continent. Four countries will be specifically analysed: Angola, Ethiopia, Kenya and South Africa, and their growth due to investments made by China will be studied. A comparison of China with African countries will be made by analysing the growth of its Gross Domestic Product, its Human Development Indices, Official Development Assistance and, finally, it will be seen whether it has been Foreign Direct Investment and other factors that have contributed to helping these African populations in their internal development, or whether this relationship has only contributed to China's overall growth
