| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this thesis is to analyse the risk derived from hotel investments, analysing the macroeconomic environment, through a valuation of the Hotel II Castillas of Madrid, and finally through an analysis of the use of the statistic “Value at Risk” by computing it.
