PathCom: Análisis del Plan de Negocio y Valoración Financiera

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se divide en dos partes. En la primera parte analizaremos el Plan de Negocio de PathCom, empresa encargada de la verificación, trazabilidad y transporte de obras de arte dentro del mercado online. La segunda parte del trabajo se enfocará en el Análisis Financiero de la compañía, a través del método de valoración por Descuento de Flujos de Caja, con el objetivo de analizar la viabilidad financiera de la empresa. El mercado del arte mundial está creciendo y, en un mundo cada vez más conectado, esto genera nuevos retos relacionados con la transacción de activos de forma fiable y transparente. Esto lo conseguiremos gracias a la tecnología Blockchain, cuyas características basadas en la Tecnología de Libro Mayor Distribuido nos ayudarán a operar a gran escala y proteger a artistas y compradores por igual. Así, el objetivo de PathCom es promover el intercambio de bienes artísticos de forma segura a través de internet.

This Final Degree Project is divided into two parts. In the first part we will analyze the Business Plan of PathCom, a company in charge of the verification, traceability and transport of artworks within the online market. The second part of the project will focus on the financial analysis of the company, through the Discounted Cash Flow valuation method, with the objective of analyzing the financial viability of the company. The global art market is growing and, in an increasingly connected world, this generates new challenges related to the transaction of assets in a reliable and transparent way. We will achieve this thanks to the Blockchain technology, whose features based on the Distributed Ledger Technology will help us operate on a large scale and protect artists and buyers at the same time. Thus, the objective of PathCom is to promote the exchange of artistic goods safely through the Internet.
